卡亚叶总黄酮提取物对四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病大鼠降血糖作用

摘要: 目的:研究卡亚叶总黄酮提取物降血糖作用。方法:将44只大鼠随机分成正常对照组(普通饲料)、模型组(ALX)、高、低剂量组(ALX+卡亚叶总黄酮提取物剂量分别为0.21、0.14g/kg)和药物治疗对照组(ALX+盐酸二甲双胍),分笼喂养28d,测定实验中大鼠血清的空腹血糖(FPG)、耐糖量(OGTT)、糖化血清蛋白(GSP)、谷丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、尿素氮(BUN)、总胆固醇(TC)、血清甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的水平。结果:卡亚叶总黄酮提取物可明显降低ALX大鼠血清FPG、OGTT、GSP、ALT、AST、BUN、TG和LDL-C(P<0.05),升高HDL-C含量(P<0.05),可明显增加ALX大鼠体质量(P<0.05)。结论:卡亚叶总黄酮提取物可有效改善糖尿病大鼠体质量减轻状况,对ALX大鼠有辅助降血糖作用。

Abstract: Purpose: To investigate the hypoglycemic effect of Chaya leaf total flavonoids extract (CLTFE) on alloxan (ALX)-induced diabetic rats. Methods: A total of 44 rats were randomly divided into normal control group (normal feed), model control group (ALX), drug treatment control group (ALX + Metformin hydrochloride) and CLTFE treatment groups (ALX + CLTFE at the high and low dosages of 0.21 g/kg and 0.14 g/kg, respectively). The serum levels of fasting blood glucose (FPG), oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT), glycosylated serum protein (GSP), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) of rats in each group were determined after consecutive feeding for 28 days. Results: CLTFE significantly reduced the serum levels of FPG, OGTT, GSP, ALT, AST, BUN, TG and LDL-C (P<0.05) in ALX-induced rats, and significantly increased the serum level of HDL-C and body weight of ALX-induced rats (P<0.05). Conclusion: CLTFE can improve the situation of weight loss in diabetic rats, and have auxiliary hypoglycemic effect in alloxan-induced diabetic rats.
