黑灵芝不同溶剂提取物抗氧化活性比较研究

摘要:

本研究比较黑灵芝不同溶剂提取物的抗氧化活性。依次用石油醚、氯仿、甲醇和水提取黑灵芝,采用DPPH 自由基法、Folin-Ciocalteu 法和FRAP 法分别研究其同溶剂提取物的抗氧化活性。结果表明:黑灵芝的不同溶剂提取物均具有较强的抗氧化活性,且其抗氧化能力均呈一定的量效关系。同时,研究还表明,黑灵芝的不同溶剂提取物对DPPH 自由基的清除能力之间存在着协同作用。结论:黑灵芝抗氧化活性物质主要是乙酸乙酯提取物,其次是水提取物。

Abstract:

Dried Ganoderma lucidum was sequentially extracted with petroleum ether, chloroform, methanol and water and the methanol extract was fractionated into ethyl acetate- and n-butyl alcohol-soluble fractions. The antioxidant abilities of the extracts from Ganoderma lucidum obtained were evaluated by DPPH radical scavenging, Folin-Ciocalteu and FRAP assays. All the extracts exhibited strong antioxidant abilities in a dose-dependent manner. These extracts from Ganoderma lucidum had a synergistic effect in the DPPH scavenging assay. The ethyl acetate-soluble fraction had the strongest antioxidant activity, followed by the water extract.
