不同染色体倍数的生姜提取物抗菌活性研究

Antibacterial Activities of 6-Gingerol and Different Solvent Extract of Ginger with Different Chromosome Ploidy

摘要:

目的:探讨两个不同染色体的2 倍体和4 倍体生姜提取物以及生姜中主要化合物分别对革兰氏染色阴性和阳性菌的抗菌效果。方法:生姜提取物以及化合物的抗菌活性采用微量液体稀释法测定。结果:生姜提取物对革兰氏染色菌的最小抑菌浓度(MICs)为0.25~8mg/ml,化合物中的6- 姜酚对各菌株的MICs 为128~512μg/ml。结论:两个不同染色体倍数的生姜提取物以及6- 姜酚对革兰氏染色阴性和阳性菌的生长发育具有一定抑制作用。

Abstract:

The micro-liquid dilution method was used to test antibacterial activities of 6-gingerol and ethanol, methanol and acetone extracts of diploid and tetraploid ginger against various species of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. The MICs of the three ginger extracts and 6-gingerol against bacterial strains tested were in the range of 0.25-8 mg/ml and 128-512 μg/mg, respectively, suggesting the extracts and 6-gingerol all have a certain inhibition effect on growth of Gram-positive and Gramnegative bacteria.
