摘要:

本实验对地塞米松、倍他米松、双氟米松琥珀酸酐化,然后分别与牛血清白蛋白、卵清蛋白偶联,制备三种免疫原和包被原。采用紫外分光光度法来估算几种偶联复合物的偶联比,免疫原的偶联比分别为DEX-BSA:11、BET-BSA:23、FLM-BSA:17。

Abstract:

Three haptens such as dexamethasone-21-HS (DEX-HS), betamethasone-21-HS (BET-HS) and flumethasone21- HS (FLM-HS) prepared using N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) were conjugated separately with bovine serum albumin (BSA) and ovalbumin to prepare immunogens and coating antigens. The conjugation ratios were estimated to be DEX-BSA:11, BET-BSA: 23 and FLM-BSA:17, respectively using UV spectrophotometry.
