摘要:

运用Michaelis-Menten 方程对玉米淀粉β- 淀粉酶酶解动力学方程进行描述和拟合,用Lineweaver-Burk 和Wilkinson 统计法求酶解动力学参数。结果表明:β- 淀粉酶对玉米淀粉的水解反应初期遵循一级反应规律,可用Michaelis-Menten 方程对其水解动力学方程进行描述和拟合。

Abstract:

The kinetics of enzymatic hydrolysis of corn starch by β-amylase were described and fitted with the Michaelis- Menten equation and the kinetic parameters were calculated by the Lineweaver-Burk and the Wilkinson methods. The β-amylasecatalyzed hydrolysis of corn starch obeyed the classical first-order reaction law and the kinetics could be modeled by the Michaelis-Menten equation.
