黑木耳多糖抑制平滑肌细胞增生的研究

摘要:

通过兔胸血管平滑肌细胞(vascular smooth muscle cell,VSMC)的体外细胞培养模型,研究黑木耳多糖对VSMC 增生及其NO 生成能力的影响。研究结果显示:黑木耳多糖具有抑制血管平滑肌细胞的异常增殖和提高NO生成量的作用,其作用机制可能与其预防动脉粥样硬化的功能有关。

Abstract:

The effects of Auricularia auricular polysaccharide (AAP) on in vitro proliferation and NO level of rabbit thoracic artery vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMC) were studied. Our results indicate that AAP is able to significantly inhibit the proliferation of VSMC induced by ox-LDL and elevate the NO level. The functional mechanism may be related to the prevention of atherosclerosis.
