大豆可溶性膳食纤维降血糖功效的研究

摘要:

研究大豆可溶性膳食纤维(SDF)降血糖功效。实验中将SDF 分为高、中、低3 个剂量组分别给四氧嘧啶灌胃致糖尿病小鼠,以灌胃0.9% 生理盐水为模型对照,以优降糖为阳性药物对照进行实验。结果表明:3 个剂量的可溶性膳食纤维均能较好地降低四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠血糖水平,并能减缓糖尿病小鼠消瘦和多饮多食的症状,其中以高剂量SDF1000mg/kg bw 组的效果最佳。同时,SDF 还可提高糖尿病模型小鼠的葡萄糖耐量。

Abstract:

A mouse model of diabetes induced by intraperitoneal injection of alloxan was established to investigate the hypoglycemic effect of soluble dietary fiber (SDF) from soybean dregs. Fifty diabetic mice were randomly divided into 5 groups of 10 mice each: high-, medium- and low-dose SDF-treated groups, glibenclamide-treated group and model control group administered with 0.9% saline orally. The levels of blood glucose in all the three SDF-treated groups were obviously decreased and the diabetic symptoms such as weight loss, polydipsia and polyphagia were also relieved, and the best hypoglycemic effect was found in the high-dose group (1000 mg/kg bw). Meanwhile, SDF could improve the glucose tolerance of diabetic mice.
