硒化灵芝多糖制备及免疫学相关研究

摘要:

对自制80% 乙醇沉淀的灵芝多糖进行硒化反应,经透析后测定灵芝多糖中硒含量高达40mg/g。对制得的灵芝硒多糖进行免疫学相关研究,包括白细胞吞噬实验和体外抗肿瘤实验。发现硒化灵芝多糖能提高小鼠的白细胞吞噬作用,对肿瘤细胞有明显的抑制作用。

Abstract:

Seleno-Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide was prepared from Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide which was precipitated by 80% ethanol. The selenium content of this polysaccharide was as high as 40 mg/g. The immunological function of seleno-Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide was investigated by leukocyte phagocytosis test and in vitro anti-tumor test. The results showed that this polysaccharide could promote the leukocyte phagocytosis in mice and effectively inhibit H22 cells in vitro.
