气相保鲜剂富马酸二甲酯微胶囊性能研究

摘要: 本实验以明胶-阿拉伯胶为壁材,采用复凝聚法制备了芯材为富马酸二甲酯的微胶囊。正交试验考察其最佳工艺条件为明胶和阿拉伯胶的质量比为1:4,固化剂用量甲醛:明胶为7:10,乳化时间30min,反应温度70℃,在此工艺条件下,富马酸二甲酯微胶囊的包埋率为76.1%。红外光谱和电子显微镜证实富马酸二甲酯大部分被包覆。防霉实验证明微胶囊化后的富马酸二甲酯气相保鲜效果不变,但从感官上对皮肤的刺激大大减小,真正成为安全、高效的新型气相保鲜剂。

Abstract: The dimethyl fumaricate microcapsule was prepared by complex coacervation based on gelatin -acacia as wall material in this study. The optimum processing conditions were determined by orthogenesis tests. It was confirmed that most of dimethyl fumaricate is encapsulated by IR spectroscopy and electron microscopy. The results showed that the effect of antimould of dimethyl fumaricate microcapsule is consistent with original dimethyl fumarisate but possible allergic reaction on human body is avoided. The dimethyl fumaricate microcapsule is potent and promising preservative agent.
