红花籽粕中两种主要5-羟色胺衍生物分离纯化及NMR结构鉴定

摘要: 本研究建立了红花籽粕中两种主要5-羟色胺衍生物的分离纯化方法及其HPLC检测方法。采用大孔吸附树脂、LichrospherC18柱层析分离纯化两种化学成分,用HPLC-MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR对其进行检测鉴定。结果表明,从红花籽粕的乙醇提取物中得到的两种单体分别为:N-阿魏酰5-羟色胺、N-(p-香豆酰)5-羟色胺,其HPLC-PAD归一化纯度分别为96.76%、90.29%。

Abstract: The isolation and HPLC detection methods of two main 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) derivatives contained in safflower (Carthamus tinctorius L.) oil cake were set up.The total 5-HT derivatives were extracted from safflower oil cake by alcohol. Two compounds were isolated and purified by macroporus resin and C18 columns and identified by HPLC-MS, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR. The results showed that purity of N-feruloylserotonin(S1) and 1N-(p-coumaroyl)serotonin separately were 96.76% and 90.29% assayed by HPLC-PDA.
