可溶性固形物对温度的校正值的数学拟合

摘要: 本研究对GB/T12143.1中可溶性固形物对温度的校正表进行了数学拟合,得到修正值随温度和可溶性固形物两变量变化的方程式。拟合结果显示校正值表中315组数据,有280个数据完全吻合,有35个数据偏差正负0.01,与精密折光计的最小误差相当。该方程可应用于可溶性固形物对温度修正的内插值计算和可溶性固形物检测设备自动修正软件中。

Abstract: The fitting equation of soluble solid for temperature in GB/T 12143.1 was deduced. The correctional value deduced was very close to true value. 280 of 315 correctional values were the same to true vale and the margin of error was 0.01 of the other 35 values. The fitting equition can be used to calculate the values which the correctional table don’t have and used to the instrument for soluble solid detection.
