豆粕中大豆异黄酮提取纯化工艺研究

摘要: 本研究探讨了豆粕中大豆异黄酮提取纯化工艺,经过单因素和正交试验,应用大孔树脂技术对提取液进一步纯化。得到大豆异黄酮最佳提取工艺:提取温度为80℃,时间为2h,乙醇浓度为60%,料液比为1:20。在此条件下大异黄酮的提取率为0.59%。由大孔树脂静态吸附解吸试验,得出D4006和H103型大孔树脂吸附解吸最好。经D4006大孔树脂纯化后,大豆异黄酮的纯度可达到30.58%。

Abstract: The experiment is designed to study the extraction technology of isoflavones from soybean residue. According to the solo factors and the orthogonal test. It showed that the optimum technological conditions was the best temperature 80℃, the solid-liquid ratio 1:20, the total time 2 h, the best proportion of ethanol 60%. The extraction yield could be up to 0.59%. Besides, according to the results of the static adsorption and desorption of macroporous resin, results showed that the best macroporous resin is D4006 or H103. After purified by D4006, the purification of isoflavones could be up to 30.58%.
