食品机械用复合材料齿轮的材料性能研究

摘要: 用复合材料替代金属材料制造齿轮,以实现传动平稳、减轻自重、减震、降噪、耐腐蚀、耐磨、自修复和降低成本的目的。通过设计配方,采用优化的生产工艺条件,对食品机械用复合材料齿轮的材料性能进行了性能测试实验和研究。结果显示:所研制的齿轮用复合材料的主要性能指标均达到国家要求,材料性能测试实验研究表明将微胶囊自修复技术应用于复合材料齿轮是可行的。

Abstract: For the purpose of stable transmission,lightening self-weight,shock absorption,noise reduction,corrosion resistant,wear resistance,self-repair,and cost reduction,the gear is made of composite materials in stead of metal ones. By designing formulation and using optimized production technology,performance test and research were made on the properties of composite materials. The results showed that the main properties of composite materials used in these gears meet the state requirements. This study showed that the technology is feasible.
