气相色谱-质谱/选择离子方法测定小白菜中己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯的残留

摘要: 建立以气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术测定小白菜中己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯残留量的方法。目标农药经丙酮提取,二氯甲烷液/液分配净化。目标农药采用GC/MS/SIM方式进行定性、定量分析。方法的不同添加浓度(0.01、0.05、0.1mg/kg)的平均回收率在85%~99%之间;相对标准偏差(RSD)<10%。

Abstract: A method for determination of hexanoic acid 2-(diethylamino) ethyl ester residue in bok-choy has been developed. The pesticide was extracted with acetone from the sample, and the liquid-liquid extraction clean-up process with dichloromethane was applied. The pesticide was finally determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry in selective ion monitor (SIM). The average recovery rates at various fortification levels (0. 01, 0. 05 and 0.1 mg/kg) range between 85 % and 99 % and the relative standard deviations are less than 10% in all cases.
