甜瓜籽油的超临界CO2提取及组成分析

摘要: 以甜瓜籽为原料,研究超临界CO2提取甜瓜籽油的工艺条件。探讨压力、温度、CO2流量和时间对甜瓜籽油提取率的影响,并采用气相色谱-质谱联用方法分析甜瓜籽油的组成。结果表明:最佳萃取条件为压力30MPa、温度40℃、CO2流量12kg/h、萃取120min;甜瓜籽油的主要组成成分为油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、硬脂酸、软脂酸和花生酸等。采用超临界CO2提取甜瓜籽油提取时间短,效率高,是一种高效省时的提取方法。

Abstract: Effects of extraction pressure,temperature,flow rate and time on yield of melon seed oil extracted by supercritical carbon dioxide were studied,and components of the oil were analysis by GC-MS. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions are as follow:extraction pressure 30 MPa,temperature 40 ℃,carbon dioxide flow rate 12 kg/h and extraction time 120 min. The fatty acid components in melon seed oil are oleic acid,linolic acid,linolenic acid,octadecoic acid,palmic acid and arachic acid.
