白酒丢糟“零排放”的研究

摘要: 通过对白酒厂丢糟酒精浸提工艺参数、菲汀回收工艺参数、营养成分的富集条件的实验研究,确定了丢糟"零排放"的工艺路线:用食用酒精浸提丢糟,过滤沉淀酒糟获得营养物;用酸浸提酒糟,再调节pH进行菲汀沉淀收集,同时收集净化的稻壳;蒸馏浸提后的酒精,获得酒糟酒。通过对丢糟上述处理,获得酒糟营养物、菲汀、干净稻壳及酒糟酒,使丢糟得到充分利用,基本上达到"零排放"。

Abstract: This study aimed to establish the process route of zero-discharge of distiller grains in liquor. Through the investigations of extraction parameters of distiller grains with alcohol,recovery process parameters of phytin and enrichment conditions of nutritional components,the zero-discharge route of distiller grains in liquor is determined as follows:firstly,extracting distiller grains with edible alcohol and filtrating the deposit for obtaining the nutrients;secondly,extracting distiller grains with acid solution and then adjusting pH value to collect the phytin deposit and purified rice husk as well;and lastly,distilling the extracted alcohol to produce the distiller grains liquor. By this way,the spent grains are made the best use,and zero-discharge is achieved.
