大孔树脂分离纯化山楂总三萜酸的研究

摘要: 对四种商品化大孔树脂吸附纯化山楂总三萜酸的性能进行对比筛选,发现AB-8树脂最适合山楂总三萜酸的纯化。实验结果表明,洗脱剂乙醇的体积分数为70%、上样液pH值为6时,采用AB-8大孔吸附树脂串联柱对山楂总三萜酸进行纯化效果最优,产品的纯度较高。

Abstract: The purification of hawthorn total triterpenes with four commercial macroreticular resins were studied. The results showed that AB-8 is optimal resin for the purification of haw total triterpenes. The optimum conditions are as follows:with 70% ethanol as eluant, working solution pH 6, and series selecting AB-8 resin column for purification. Then, reasonable yield and high product purity can be obtained.
