猪肚菇水溶性多糖提取工艺的研究

摘要: 探讨了以猪肚菇为原料提取水溶性多糖的最佳工艺条件,实验结果表明,温度90℃、浸提时间4h、料液比1:30、次数三次为提取猪肚菇多糖的最佳工艺条件,在此条件下产率达13.2%。

Abstract: The experiment is designed to study the technical condition of water soluble polysaccharide extraction from Clitocybe maxima. The experimental results showed that the optimum technological conditions are solid-liquid ratio 1:30, temperature 90 ℃, the total time 4 h and times of extraction 3. The extraction yield can be up to 13.2 %.
