大孔树脂分离纯化芦根中总酚酸的研究

摘要: 目的:研究大孔树脂分离纯化芦根中总酚酸的工艺条件。方法:以芦根总酚酸的洗脱效果为考察指标,研究大孔树脂分离纯化的吸附性能及洗脱参数。结果:HPD500大孔树脂适宜芦根总酚酸的分离纯化,其再生能力良好,吸附过程符合Langmuir方程,洗脱液为pH8的80%体积分数乙醇溶液,获得纯度为0.98mg/g的总酚酸样品。结论:HPD500大孔树脂可用于芦根总酚酸的分离纯化。

Abstract: Objective:To optimize the technical parameters of separation and purification of total phenolic acid from Phragmites communis Trin. by macroporous resin. Methods:Based on desorption effect on total phenolic acid,the adsorption capability and desorption parameter were studied. Results:The optimum macroporous resin is HPD500,which has good regeneration ability and adsorption process according with Langmuir equation. 80% Ethanol at pH 8 was taken as desorption solution,and 9.8% purity forulic acid sample is obtained. Conclusion:HPD500 macroporous resins is feasible to separate and purify total phenolic acid from Phragmites communis Trin.
