CO2超临界流体-夹带剂法从南方红豆杉中萃取10-脱乙酰巴卡丁Ⅲ的工艺条件研究

摘要: 目的:研究用乙醇作夹带剂,采用CO2超临界法从南方红豆杉中萃取10-脱乙酰巴卡丁Ⅲ的最佳工艺条件;方法:采用正交试验法探讨萃取时间、压力、温度、夹带剂用量对从南方红豆杉中萃取10-脱乙酰巴卡丁Ⅲ的影响;结果:CO2超临界流体-夹带剂法从南方红豆杉中提取的10-脱乙酰巴卡丁Ⅲ的最佳工艺条件是萃取压力20MPa、萃取温度50℃、萃取时间150min、夹带剂用量为20ml/200g原料。此条件下萃取率最高可达到443.342μg/g。

Abstract: Objective:To study the supercritical CO2 fluid extraction conditions of 10-deacetyl baccatin Ⅲ(10-DBA Ⅲ) from Taxus chinensis with ethanol as entrainer . Methods:Effects of extraction time,pressure,temperature and entrainer amount on extraction quantity of 10-DBA Ⅲ,and they were optimized by orthogonal test. Results:The optimal extraction conditions of 10-DAB Ⅲ are as follows:extract temperature 50 ℃,pressure 20 MPa,time 150 minutes and amount of ethanol 20 ml/200 g material. The maximum extraction rate of 10-DBA Ⅲ is 443.342μg/g.
