毛细管气相色谱法测定粮谷及油籽中酰胺类除草剂的残留

Determination of Multiple Acetanilide Herbicide Residues in Cereals and Oil Seeds by Capillary Gas Chromatography

摘要: 建立了同时测定9种酰胺除草剂和莠去津、嗪草酮残留量的气相色谱法。采用丙酮-水作提取溶剂,旋转蒸发去除提取液中丙酮后,加入氯化钠溶液,用正己烷提取,浓缩正己烷提取液,再用乙腈提取,弗罗里硅土固相萃取柱净化,净化液由气相色谱DB-35毛细管柱分离,微池电子捕获器测定,外标法定量。11种除草剂在大豆、大米样品的平均回收率为70.5%~96.0%,相对标准偏差小于6%(n=10),线性相关系数达0.9989以上,检测低限均为0.02mg/kg。该法灵敏、准确,各项技术指标均满足农药残留测定的要求。

Abstract: A GC method for the determination of 9 acetanilide herbicides and atrazine, metribuzin residues in cereals and oil seeds was developed. Herbicide residues were extracted from rice and soybean samples with acetone-water mixture. Extracts were cleaned up with a Florisil SPE column and analyze by DB-35 capillary gas chromatography column. The recoveries obtained from rice and soybean samples spiked with standards are in the ranges of 70.5%~96.0%. Relative standard deviations(n=10) are below 6%. Correlation coefficients are above 0.9989. Limits of quantitative of all herbicides are 0.02 mg/kg. The method is accurate, sensetive and suitable for the determination of herbicide residues.
