离子色谱电导法测定砖茶中的无机氟含量

摘要: 采用AS18(4mm×250mm)色谱柱,以梯度浓度的KOH作为淋洗液,建立了一种用离子色谱电导检测器测定砖茶无机氟的方法。该法处理简单、快速,定量结果准确。F-的检出限(3S/N)为0.005mg/L,标准曲线相关系数为0.9998,不同添加水平上的回收率均在95.0%~106.0%之间。

Abstract: A simple and rapid method for determination of F-in brick tea by ion chromatography with conductivity detector was studied. The anions were tested on AS18(4 mm×250 mm) anion exchange column using multi-step gradient KOH as eluent. The flow rate of mobile phase was 1.0 ml/min. The correction coefficients were 0.9998 detection limits (3S/N) were found to be 0.01 mg/kg. Recoveries tested by the different lever addition were in the range of 95.0%~106.0%.
