杜仲皮蛋白对霉菌的抑制作用

摘要: 用纸片琼脂扩散法,研究了杜仲皮蛋白和多菌灵对木霉、青霉、根霉的抑制作用。结果表明,杜仲皮蛋白对这三种霉菌均有明显抑制作用,最小抑菌浓度分别为912.5、912.5和456.3μg/ml。多菌灵对木霉、青霉、根霉的最小抑菌浓度均为456.3μg/ml。

Abstract: Using paper-disc agar-diffusion method, the activity of Eucommia bark protein against Trichoderma viride, Penicillium and Rhizopus were investigated. The results indicated that Eucommia bark protein could effectively inhibit these molds. The values of minimum inhibition concentration (MIC) toward Trichoderma viride, Penicillium and Rhizopus are 912.5, 912.5 and 456.3μg/ml, respectively. MIC value of carbendazim for mentioned three test strains is 456.3μg/ml.
