长叶地榆多糖提取工艺的研究

摘要: 本研究探讨了长叶地榆根中水溶性多糖的提取工艺,经过单因素和正交组合试验,得到多糖提取的最佳工艺条件:料水比为1:40,提取温度为90℃,提取时间为2h,次数为3次。在此条件下水溶性多糖得率4.39%。

Abstract: The experiment is designed to study the technical condition of water soluble polysaccharide extraction from roots of Sanguisorba officinalis L. var. longifolia Yu et Li. Results showed that the optimum technological conditions are solid-liquid ratio 1:30, the best temperature 90 ℃, the total time 2 h and times of extraction 3. The extraction yield could be up to 4.39%.
