Application of RF-RAPD in Identification of Pleurotus eryngii Strains

摘要: 本研究首先通过拮抗实验对5个不同来源供试杏鲍菇栽培菌株进行初步分类,进而采用RF-RAPD技术对供试菌株进行分析。结果显示,RF-RAPD分析结果与拮抗实验结果相一致,并且由于RF-RAPD同时采用了RFLP和RAPD两种分子标记,可更好地区分亲缘关系较近的香杏PL-3和京杏PL-10间的差异。由此可见,RF-RAPD是一种快速、准确鉴定杏鲍菇的新方法,可用于食用菌品种分类与鉴定。

Abstract: Five strains of Pleurotus eryngii from different provinces of China were primarily identified by antagonistic effects and then analyzed by RF-RAPD technology. The data showed that the results of RF-RAPD were consistent with those of antagonistic effects. Moreover, due to combining two molecular markers (RFLP and RAPD), RF-RAPD can effectively distinguish xiangxing PL-3 from jingxing PL-10 while otherwise they are closely related to each other. It was suggested that RF-RAPD molecular marker technology is a new efficient way to identify Pleurotus eryngii strains, and can be widely applied for classification and identification of edible mushroom.
