固体酸水解菊粉制备高果糖浆的研究

摘要: 以强酸性阳离子交换树脂作为固体酸催化水解菊粉,然后经真空浓缩制备出质量良好的高果糖浆。菊粉水解的适宜条件为:选用D061强酸性阳离子交换树脂作为固体酸,固体酸与菊粉溶液(20%)比例为1:3,在75℃下水解120min。此条件下,菊粉水解率达92.1%。菊粉溶液的脱盐是成功实现连续固体酸水解的关键工艺之一。

Abstract: Inulin hydrolysis catalyzed with strong acidic cation resins as solid acid was studied.A high fructose syrup with high quality was obtained after being vacuum concentrated.The optimal conditions for inulin hydrolysis are:D061 strongly acidic cation resin as solid acid,the ratio of solid acid to inulin solution(20%) 1:3,hydrolysis temperature 75 ℃ and hydrolysis time 120 min.Hydrolysis rate of inulin with this method is 92.1%.Desalting from inulin solution is one of the key technologies for continuous inulin hydrolysis with solid acid.
