有机酸在合成培养基中对木醋杆菌合成纤维素的影响

Effect of Organic Acids on Bacterial Cellulose Production in Defined Medium by Acetobater xylinum

摘要: 在合成培养基中分别添加0.1%柠檬酸、苹果酸、丁二酸、乳酸、乙酸、丙酮酸,发现只有乳酸、乙酸、丙酮酸能使木醋杆菌在合成培养基中繁殖且产生纤维素。当0.4%丙酮酸加入时,纤维素产量最高,达到2.02g/L;0.3%乳酸加入时,纤维素产量最高,达到2.16g/L;0.4%乙酸加入时,维素产量最高,达到2.80g/L。当0.4%乙酸、0.3%乳酸、0.4%丙酮酸同时加入,纤维素产量可达4.45g/L。

Abstract: 0.1% citric acid,malic acid,succinic acid,lactic acid,acetic acid,pyruvic acid was added to the defined medium to study their effects on cellulose production individually.The results showed that only lactic acid,acetic acid,pyruvic acid among the above organic acids could proliferate Acetobacter xylinum and enhance cellulose yield.When 0.4 % pyruvic acid added,yeild of cellulose was highest 2.02 g/L;When 0.3% lactic acid was added,yeild of cellulose was highest 2.16 g/L;When 0.4 % acetic was acid added,yeild of cellulose was highest 2.80 g/L;When 0.4% acetic acid,0.3%lactic acid and 0.4% pyruvic acid coexisted in the medium,the yeild was up to 4.45 g/L.
