壳聚糖-戊二醛交联吸附法固定β-葡萄糖苷酶的研究

摘要: 将杏仁来源的β-葡萄糖苷酶采用吸附法固定在戊二醛交联的壳聚糖上,对固定化条件进行优化,得到最佳条件:采用pH5.5浓度为1.5%的戊二醛在25℃水浴中振荡吸附4h,固定5Uβ-葡萄糖苷酶在每克干壳聚糖上,活力回收率达27.34%。

Abstract: β-glucosidase extracted from almond was immobilized by adsorption on chitosan crosslinked with glutaraldehyde.The conditions of immobilization were achieved,when glutaraldehyde was oscillatetd and absorbed for 4 hours in the water bath:concentration 1.5 %,pH 5.5,and temperature 25 ℃.The results showed that,1 g chitosan adsorbs 5U β-glucosidase,and the rate of activity recovery is 27.34 %.
