摘要: 研究了氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定食品中铅的酸度控制。对样品溶液进行酸度调节后补加酸的方法来准确控制酸度,并确定样品溶液的最佳酸度为0.18mol/L,铅的浓度在5~40μg/L范围内呈现线性,相关系数达0.9999,RSD为0.22%,检出限为0.15μg/L,回收率为98.3%~104.6%。所拟方法用于米粉、奶粉、橡子淀粉、木耳、香菇等样品测定,结果满意。

Abstract: A study on effect of acidity in determination of lead in food by hydride-generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HG-AFS) was introduced.Instrumental and analytical conditions were optimized.The optimal acidity of the sample solution is 0.18 mol/L.The linear range of the standard curve is 5~40μg/L with the regression coefficient of 0.9999.And the detection limit of this method is found to be 0.15μg/L.The relative standard deviation(RSD) is 0.22 %.The recovery rate is between 98.3 %~104.6 %.The method has been applied to the determination of lead in starch fungi mushrooms etc with satisfactory results.
