脉冲强光对青霉菌致死率及生活微环境的影响研究

摘要: 采用脉冲强光处理青霉菌,闪照次数为48次时,致死率为99.9%;输入电压为3000V时,致死率为99.3%。正交试验得出青霉菌致死率影响因素主次顺序为:闪照次数>输入电压>菌液透光率>菌液厚度。最优参数组合为:闪照次数48次,输入电压3000V,菌液透光率32%,菌液厚度3.4mm。在最优参数组合的处理下,青霉菌致死率平均值为99.999%。青霉菌经脉冲强光处理后,菌液电导率随处理参数的改变呈正相关变化,温度没有明显的变化。

Abstract: The experimental results of treating Penicillium by pulsed light showed that as flashing 48 times, lethality rate is 99.9%, and as input voltage 3000 V, lethality rate of is 99.3%. The sequence influencing on lethality rate is flash frequency > input voltage > bacterium liquid transparency > bacterium liquid depth, and their optimum designs are 48 times, 3000 V, 32% and 3.4 mm respectively. The lethality rate of Penicillium is 99.99% on these conditions. After being treated by pulsed light, Penicillium liquid conduction rate changes positively but temperature does not have obvious any changes.
