分枝石蕊中松萝酸提取条件的优化

摘要: 本实验研究了分枝石蕊中松萝酸提取方法以及提取条件的优化。结果表明,分枝石蕊中松萝酸的最佳提取条件为料液比为1:10,提取时间为4h,提取温度为60℃,提取次数为2次;黄绿色针状结晶体测得的熔点范围及吸收峰与松萝酸的相关报道一致,说明分枝石蕊是松萝酸提取的一种好材料。这为今后松萝酸的开发利用扩大了原料来源,并奠定了一定的研究基础。

Abstract: In the present study, the optimized extraction conditions of usnic acid in Cladonia furcata are as follows: proportion of sample to solvent 1:10, extraction time 4 h, temperature 60 ℃, and extraction times twice. The melting point scope of acicular yellow-green crystal and absorption peak are consistent with the characteristics of usnic acid reported. The results indicated that Cladonia furcata (Hudson) Schrade is a good extraction material for usnic acid. This will expand raw material for the future development and application of usnic acid, and lay certain research foundation.
