一株纤维素分解菌的分离、鉴定及产酶条件优化

摘要: 从江西传统发酵食品中分离到一株产纤维素酶活力较高的菌株,通过形态学与分子生物学方法鉴定得知,该菌与粗壮脉纹孢菌最高同源性可达99%。还对该菌产纤维素酶的条件进行了优化,通过单因素试验,得出该菌最佳产酶条件为:培养温度为30℃、初始pH值为4.8、发酵周期为6d。

Abstract: In this study, a cellulolytic strain named as MC was screened from traditional fermentation soybean residue, and was identified by the methods of morphology and molecular biology. The results showed that the strain has the highest homology of 99% with Neurospora crassa. Besides, the optimization of fermentation conditions was conducted. The results showed that the optimal conditions are as follows: cultivation temperature 30 ℃, initial pH 4.8, and fermentation cycle 6 days.
