植物乳杆菌LP1103的筛选及其降胆固醇作用机理的研究

摘要: 在泡菜中经分离筛选得到1株高效降胆固醇的乳酸菌LP1103,应用VITEK-32全自动微生物分析系统鉴定该菌为植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus plantarum)。在液体培养基中LP1003对胆固醇降解率达42.5%。用该菌制成的发酵奶喂养高脂模型小鼠,研究其对胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、总胆酸(TBA)以及体重和肝重量的影响。结果发现28d后,与高脂模型组相比,实验组小鼠血清中TC、TG和TBA含量明显下降(p<0.05),通过计算得到实验组小鼠患高血脂症的风险指数和动脉硬化指数均低于对照水平。粪便中TC、TBA含量升高,各组间小鼠的HDL-C、体重、肝重/体重无显著差异。

Abstract: Cholesterol-degrading strain was isolated from pickled vegetable and identified as Lactobacillus plantarum by VITEK-32 Automatic Microbe Analytic Systems. In MRS medium with cholesterol, LP1103 strain degrades 42.5% of cholesterol. The effects of LP1103 on the total serum cholesterol (TC), triglycerid (TG), high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C), and totalbileacid (TBA) were investigated to artificially-induced mice. The results showed that the mean values of serum TC, TG, and TBA concentrations decrease significantly (p<0.05). According to the results, the risk index of hyperlipemia and athero-genic index of the mouse in test group lower than those of mouse in CK group. And the TC and TBA in faeces increase at the same time, while serum HDL-C concentration, body weight, and liver weight do not significantly increase after 4 w feeding.
