盐生杜氏藻软胶囊中β,β-胡萝卜素几何异构体组成的测定

摘要: 采用C30-HPLC-PDA-ELSD系统,参照已公布的全反式异构体的吸光系数(A1%=2500),根据β,β-胡萝卜素顺式异相体电子吸收光谱峰面积与ELSD质量峰面积之比,估算出9-和13-顺式异构体的吸光系数分别为2018和1990。根据其色谱峰面积,可以准确测量出盐生杜氏藻软胶囊中β,β-胡萝卜素几何异构体的组成。

Abstract: In this study, referring to published absorption coefficient (A1% =2500 at 450 nm) of all E-isomer, the absorption coefficients of 9-, and 13-isomers are deduced as 2018 and 1990, respectively, according to the ratio of their spectroscopic and mass responses (eg. peak areas ) on C30-HPLC-PDA-ELSD. According to their chromatographic peak areas, the geometrical isomer composition of β,β-carotene from Dunaliella salina can be actually assessed.
