摘要: 本研究以某些常见食品及新疆7月份盛产的水果为原料,经静态培养,反复筛选,从杏子中分出了一株纤维素生产能力强、产量稳定(纤维素产量9g/L)的菌株,初步鉴定为醋化醋杆菌。

Abstract: Using some ordinary food and fruit teeming in July of Xinjiang as sample,through static culture and repeated screening, a strain with high production capacity and stable output of bacterial cellulose from apricots(yield of bacterial cellulose 9 g/L) was obtained, and it was preliminary identified as Acetobacter aceti subsp.
