摘要: 目的:研制一种高效的克雷伯氏菌分离培养基。方法:根据克雷伯氏菌发酵肌醇、阿东醇和耐受羧苄青霉素的特性研制出麦康凯肌醇阿东醇羧苄青霉素培养基(MIAC),并进行了33株参考菌株在克雷伯氏菌不同分离培养基的菌落特征观察、MIAC增殖效果评估和实际应用评估。结果:克雷伯氏菌在MIAC培养基上形成独特的直径为2~4mm红色菌落;增殖效果评估表明MIAC与营养琼脂的增殖效果无显著差异(秩和检验,p>0.05);实际应用评估表明MIAC具有很高的特异性,在实际应用中可以减少工作量。结论:推荐采用MIAC作为克雷伯氏菌的分离培养基。

Abstract: Objective: To develop a high performance medium for isolating Klebsiella. Method: Based on the character of Klebsiella that ferments inositol, and adonitol and is tolerant of carbenicillin, developing Maconkey-Inositol-Adonitol-Carbenicillin (MIAC) medium, observing the colonies of 33 strains of reference on different separating media, and assessing the proliferating effect and the practice appliance. Results: Klebsiella forms characteristic red colonies (diameter of 2~4 mm) on MIAC plate. The proliferating assessment indicated that MIAC had no significant difference with nutrient agar(result of rank sum test, p>0.05). Practice appliance indicated that MIAC had a high specificity, and simplified the lab work. Conclusion: MIAC can be used to isolate Klebsiella.
