摘要: 建立并优化了高效、简便的阴离子交换色谱-脉冲安培检测器同时分析无糖食品中的糖和糖醇的方法,并且通过样品加标回收(回收率为88%~106%)以及与其他同系列色谱柱的互补、对照实验完善了该方法并验证其准确性和可靠性。该方法共检出了14个样品中的丙二醇、肌醇、甘油、D,L-木糖醇、D-山梨醇、D-甘露醇、半乳糖醇、D-葡萄糖、D-果糖、蔗糖和麦芽糖,其分析的线性范围为0.2×10-6~40×10-6,线性相关系数为99.8%~99.9%。

Abstract: High-performance anion-exchange chromatography coupled with pulsed amperometric detection was optimized for determination of sugars and sugar alcohols in sugar-free food by recovery rates (88%~106%) of spiked samples and comparison with other type columns of CarboPac family. Determination results of propylene glycol, inositol, glycerol, D,L-xylitol, D-sorbitol, D-mannitol, galactitol, D-glucose, D-fructose, sucrose and maltose in fourteen samples are in wide linear range 0.2×10-6~40 ×10-6 with coefficients 99.8%~99.9%.
