高聚物萃取双波长法测定胭脂红及苋菜红含量的研究

摘要: 利用水溶性高聚物的水溶液在无机盐存在下可分成两相的特点,将胭脂红和苋菜红转入高聚物相,消除了其它物质的干扰。加入硼砂缓冲溶液,调节溶液pH约为8,用双波长等吸收法测定胭脂红和苋菜红的含量。结果显示,胭脂红在0.80~60μg/ml,苋菜红在1~70μg/ml范围内有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999,回收率为96%~105%,该方法检测快速、准确,无毒,而且易于操作。

Abstract: Make use of the trait of aqueous polymer can separated two phases with solution in the presence of inorganic salt, carmine and amaranth was transferred polymer phase. Disturber of other matters was removed. In an borax buffer medium of pH≈8, the content of carmine and amaranth was determined with dual wavelength spectrophotometer. Good linear relationdip was obtained in the range of 0.8~60μg of carmine per milliliter of solution, 1~70μg of amaranth per milliliter of solution, and recoveries were found in the range of 96%~105%. The method is quick, accurate and be handled easily.
