巴西虫草胞外多糖提取工艺的优化

摘要: 研究了巴西虫草液体发酵胞外多糖的提取条件,通过单因素试验选取各因素的水平,根据Box-Benhnken的中心组合试验设计原理,进行响应面回归分析,以胞外多糖量为响应值,确定了胞外多糖提取工艺中各影响因素的水平,结合验证实验结果得到了最佳的工艺条件。

Abstract: The experiment studied the extraction technology of extra-cellular polysaccharide (EPS) of Cordyceps brasiliensis. Single factor experiment was used to choose every factor’s level, then the orthogonal revolving regression analysis method of Design-Expert software was used to analyze the data and determine the optimal extraction technology conditions for extracting EPS. The results showed that the optimal conditions for the extraction of EPS are: 5 times volume of ethanol, depositing 10 hoursat pH 7.0, and the yield of EPS reaches the maximal value 2.7734g/L.
