黑松和赤松花粉取粉处理和干燥贮藏技术研究

摘要: 本实验测定出黑松和赤松花粉的生活力,制定了松花粉等级和质量指标;优选出黑松和赤松雄花穗采后取粉处理的最佳方法,确定了松花粉适宜的干燥温度和处理时间,确定了松花粉长期贮藏适宜的包装方式和含水量指标。

Abstract: The experiments studied the vitality of the pollens of black pines and the Japanese red pines, and established the grading and qualitative regulation of pine pollen. The best method for producing staminate flower pollens from black pines and Japanese red pine was screened. Meanwhile, the optimum drying temperature and treating time of the pine pollens were determined, and the optimum packing way of pine pollen and the criteria of water content during the long-term storage of pine pollens were established.
