超临界CO2萃取在玉米亚油酸提取中应用的研究

摘要: 采用超临界CO2选择性萃取技术从玉米胚芽中提取亚油酸(LA)。对影响LA提取率的主要因素压力、温度、时间及CO2流量进行研究和分析,并利用气相色谱法(GC)对萃取物中LA进行定性定量分析。通过正交试验优化萃取工艺条件,当萃取压力30MPa,萃取温度50℃,萃取时间100min,CO2流量25L/h时萃取效果最好,此时LA提取率为57.27%。

Abstract: Corn embryo linoleic acid(CELA) was extracted through supercritical CO2 fluid extraction technology.The major influence factors such as extraction pressure, extraction temperature, extraction time and CO2 flow were studied and analysised. CELA were qualitatively and quantitatively analysised through gas chromatography. The technological conditions were optimized through orthogonal test. Results showed that the optimum corolitions are: the extraction pressure 30 MPa, temperature 50 ℃, time100 min, CO2 flow was 25 L/h. On these conditions the CELA extraction rate was 57.27%.
