摘要: 采用高效液相色谱法同时测定水产品中的山梨酸、苯甲酸、糖精钠,实验采用铁氰化钾和乙酸锌作沉淀剂,取得了良好的净化效果。拥有较好的线性关系,最低检出限都为0.5mg/kg,平均回收率为92.7%~106.5%。

Abstract: A method for simultaneously determining sorbic acid, benzoic acid and saccharin sodium in processed fishery product was established. A satisfying pretreatment method was developed by using ferrocyanic cyano-potassium and acetic acid zinc as precipitating agents. The overall detection limits of the three compounds are 0.5 mg/kg, and the average recovery is in the range of 92.7%~106.5%.
