决明子水溶性多糖的纯化及抗氧化活性研究

Study on Purification and Antioxidation of Water-soluble Polysaccharide Isolated from Semen Cassia

摘要: 本研究采用水提醇沉法提取决明子粗多糖,并通过二次醇析和H2O2氧化脱色对其进行了精制,H2O2氧化脱色能有效地去除决明子粗多糖中的蛋白性杂质。决明子多糖抗氧化实验表明:决明子多糖清除Smirnoff反应产生羟自由基(·OH)具有一定的清除作用;决明子多糖体系浓度达到0.022mg/ml时对邻苯三酚自氧化产生超氧阴离子自由基(O2·)产生明显抑制作用。

Abstract: In this paper, Semen Cassia crude polysaccharide is got by water-extracting and alcohol precipitating, then being refined on the two methods of H2O2 bleaching and secondary alcohol precipitation, H2O2 bleaching can effectively remove protein impurities among Semen Cassia crude polysaccharide. Semen Cassia polysaccharide antioxidant experiments show: It is certain to eliminate hydroxyl radical (·OH) by Semen Cassia polysaccharide; and Semen Cassia polysaccharide inhibite effectly superoxide anion radical (O2·) by pyrogallol autoxidation with concentration of 0.022 mg/ml.
