高DHA含量营养保健鸡蛋的研究

摘要: 本文通过对产蛋鸡的日粮中添加不同DHA、α-亚麻酸组成和含量的强化多不饱和脂肪酸的饲料,考察了对鸡蛋蛋黄、鸡肉、鸡肝及鸡心中多不饱和脂肪酸组成和含量的影响,同时研究了不同饲料配方对产蛋鸡体重、产蛋率及采食量的影响。结果表明:对产蛋鸡喂养强化多不饱和脂肪酸的饲料15d后,鸡蛋蛋黄、鸡肉、鸡肝及鸡心中DHA、α-亚麻酸的含量达到稳定,而且强化饲料对产蛋鸡的体重、产蛋率及采食量无不良影响。

Abstract: In this paper, the hen feed was supplemented with different composition and content polyunsaturated fatty acids. The effect of hen feed on the content of polyunsaturated fatty acid was studied in the different part of hen such as egg yolk, chicken, heart, liver, and the effect of different prescription on body weight, egg production, daily feed intake of hens was studied. The result showed that the content of DHA andα- linolenic acid in the different part of hen reached its climax after 15 days and the enriched polyunsaturated fatty acid feed had no disadvantage to body weight, egg production, daily feed intake of hens.
