离子色谱法测定啤酒中的无机阴离子和阳离子

摘要: 本实验建立了纯生啤酒中痕量阴、阳离子的离子色谱分析方法,采用抑制电导检测离子色谱法,分别分离和检测出啤酒样品中的阴离子和阳离子。色谱条件选择为IonPacAS14-HC阴离子分离柱(250mm×4mm)IonPacAG14-HC型保护柱(50mm×4mm),IonPacCS16阳离子分离柱(3mm),IonPacCG16阳离子保护柱(3mm),以流速1ml/min,流动相为3.5mmol/LNa2CO3,1.0mmol/LNaHCO3混合液,及36mmol/LH2SO4,实验结果所得RSD值在97%~101%之间,线性良好,具有良好的重现性和较低的检测限。

Abstract: The new method of cations and anions determination in the beer by ion chromatography was probed in this paper. The features of the 8 kinds of anions and 5 kinds of cations measured by routine analysis and ion chromatography were elaborated. Samples were diluted and then injected directly. With this method, good linear relationship, sensitivity and reproducitivity and reproducibility were obtained. To compare the self-suppressed mode, chemical suppressed mode is an efficient, accurate method for the determination of anions and cations in drinks or other water resourses.
