摘要: 研究采用反相高效液相色谱法测定香兰素含量,色谱柱为C18柱,乙腈/水(85/15,V/V)为流动相,等浓度洗脱,测定波长为279nm,内标法定量。方法的相对标准偏差为0.46%,加标回收率为98.17%~99.50%。适用于香兰素成品的分析,也可用于中间产品的控制分析。

Abstract: A simple, rapid, accurate method is studied for assay of vanillin by Reversed Phase-High Pressure Liquid Chromatography. The chromatographic column is C18 with acetonitrile/water(85/15, V/V) as the eluting phase, and elute in isoconcentration. The detected wavelength is 279nm. The RSD is 0.46% and the recovery 98.17%~99.50%. The method is satisfactory for assaying the finished vanillin product, and also for analyzing the semifinished product .
