摘要: 本文以鲜奶为例对偏爱型感官评价的实验设计和评价分析进行了探讨,介绍了常见的感官评价类型,对鲜奶感官评价结果运用模糊评价法进行了分析,并讨论了试验过程中评价人员因素对评价结果的影响。

Abstract:  This article explored the operation and design of fresh milk favoritism sensual evaluation test so as to discuss some sensual evaluation styles of commonly seen, results and analyzed the result of fresh milk sensual evaluation by fuzzy mathematics, and also discussed the influence of personal factor for the result of the test.
