包装材料对双孢蘑菇贮藏保鲜效果的影响

摘要: 以双孢蘑菇为试验材料,采用1#、2#、3#、4#、5#、6#、7#、8#、9#、10#、11#、12#、13#、14#、15#等包装材料处理,以不包装作为对照(CK)处理,在(3±1)℃低温下贮藏,探讨包装材料对双孢蘑菇贮藏效果的影响。结果表明:9#、13#、6#包装材料与其它包装材料相比,在整个贮藏期间,失重率、RI、PPO活力等生理指标均有显著降低,感观评分也较其它包装材料处理组高。

Abstract: Agaricus bisporus were used in this study. Agaricus bisporus were stored at (3±1)℃ packaged by different thickness PE and PVC material.By investigating main index such as weight loss, RI and PPO activity during the storage ,the conclusion was as following: through the total storage , Agaricus bisporus packaged by 9#、13#、6# material weight loss, RI,PPO activity observably lower than other materials,while sensory properties higher than other materials.
