沙棘籽原花青素对小鼠免疫功能调节作用的影响

摘要: 以沙棘为原料,对沙棘籽中原花青素进行提取精制,研究了沙棘籽原花青素对小鼠体内免疫调节作用。研究结果表明,沙棘籽原花青素能显著提高小鼠(雌,雄)的碳廓清能力,增强小鼠T淋巴细胞活性,促进溶血素的形成。另外与空白组相比,各剂量组对小鼠(雌,雄)的脾和胸腺均无明显影响。结果提示:沙棘籽原花青素能显著提高小鼠免疫力,同时不会显著影响小鼠的免疫器官。

Abstract: Sea Buckthorn seed was used as raw material, and effects of procyanidins from the Sea Buckthorn seed (SBSPC) on the immunity of mice was studied. It showed that SBSPC could evidently improve the carbon clearance indexes; the activity of T lymphocyte and the form of hemolysin in mice. Compared with control group, spleens and thymus glands of the mice in each dose weren’t impacted. The results indicated that SBSPC may contribute to the immune enhancement of mice without negative impact.
