摘要: 本文研究了海鱼中甲基汞的萃取富集方法,采用了苯萃取和半胱氨酸滤纸富集,然后再用苯洗脱。并且对气相色谱测定甲基汞的方法也进行了研究。实验结果表明:浸取液酸度2mo1/L时,用苯萃取,用3%半胱氨酸溶液浸泡20min、自然干燥5h的滤纸条富集,再用苯解析。用气相色谱测定样品平均回收率为89.82%,变异系数为10.01%。应用该方法的结果是令人满意的。

Abstract: ion and determination method of methyl mercury. We use benzene to extraction methyl mercury in fish and enrich it with half Guang ammonia sour filter paper, then use benzene to wash the paper again. That would make methyl mercury being enriched and purified. Finally we establish the measurement of methyl mercury by GC—ECD. The average recovery rate of this method is 89.82% and its CV is 10.01%.
